MEASURING FOR YOUR GOWN
The best way to make certain your measurements are correct is to be measured by a professional seamstress. (Check with fabric stores in your area.)
Bridal gown sizing is different than sizing for street clothes. Since the gowns are only returnable in the event of a manufacturer defect, not for sizing problems, it is important that you follow the guidelines below to get your measurements before using the size chart to determine the correct size.
TIPS
- Take your measurements while wearing the undergarments you will be wearing with the gown.
- Stand straight with your arms relaxed and by your side.
- When measuring for the hemline, be sure you are wearing shoes with the same height heel as those you will be wearing with the gown.
HOW TO MEASURE
- Measure the bust line at it's fullest part, make sure your arms are at your side.
- Measure waistline at your natural waist.
- Measure hips at the fullest part.
